Since 2012, the St. George Parade of Homes has been one of the most anticipated and hotly-attended events of the calendar year in Southern Utah.
The 2022 event will showcase 28 new homes, “full of the extraordinary,” according to the website.
The event, the biggest of its kind in the state, aims to introduce exciting new trends to potential home buyers, home designers, and architecture aficionados across the region. It’s a wonderful way to find a forever home nestled in the Southern Utah landscape or to find inspiration when you break ground on your own dream house.
This year, Copper Rock will once again be featured in the St. George Parade of Homes. After showcasing two homes in 2020, three in 2021, Copper Rock will open the doors of three more homes in 2022 to demonstrate to potential buyers why Copper Rock is quickly becoming one of the hottest places to live in Southern Utah.
Built around a 6,901 yard, par 72, 18 hole championship golf course (home to the LPGA Epson Copper Rock Championship), the Copper Rock community is also built within an incredible proximity to state and National Parks and is surrounded by the natural beauty of native sage, desert dunes, and copper mountains. Copper Rock is also just 20 minutes from the shops and a diverse food scene in the beautiful small city of St. George. The property itself is massively expanding as well.
The homes we will present at the annual Parade of Homes will astound parade-goers and enchant those looking to explore all that Copper Rock and Southern Utah can offer.
